I've been using this phone for 6 months, I haven't had any problems whatsoever. Its quick and snappy, great AMOLED screen even at 60Hz. Takes decent photos for its price range. I would recommend this phone to anyone who wants a premium feel at a budget friendly price.

Nice looking phone. Why can't they offer this India.
All they offer in India is 6.7 incher's. A better SG processor e.g. 782 , stereo speaker, maybe some more of battery. IT WOULD ROCK.

Anonymous, 11 Dec 2022YES.No, it is not dual SIM, just supports 1 SIM and you can't use e-SIM. I just bought the unlocked version from Amazon and, as I said before, just supports 1 SIM card. And is a really good phone, you'll love it.

Just as a heads-up, my N20 received Android 12 OTA on Sunday, December 4, 2022. Out of the blue. No rollout schedule to be found anywhere.

The OnePlus N20 is an awesome budget-friendly 5G smartphone. Sure, it foregoes the stereo loudspeakers, 4K@30fps recording, and 90 Hz refresh rate of its predecessor (the N10), but there two things I believe this phone improves upon that makes it worth the upgrade.

Personally, I prefer this phone's AMOLED panel at 60 Hz over an LCD at any insanely high refresh rate. It truly looks better and is a welcome standard for any budget smartphone.

The software is still Android 11 at the time of launch, but a more polished experience. My N10 would stutter when scrolling, hang up when navigating menus, and suffered from app crashes constantly. The N20 runs buttery smooth, breezing through everything you would expect of a OnePlus device. I can leave a whole host of apps running in the background and not worry about the phone becoming unresponsive. Android 12 is the icing on the cake. Yeah - it's aged a bit, but it's refined to run on the N20 quite well.

My final thoughts come down to design. I feel like the N20 was thoughtfully crafted. It's a device that just feels good in the hand. Despite the plastic shell encasing the internals, the phone feels sturdy and solid, and doesn't sound like a hollow 2010s plastic smartphone when you tap the back of it. OnePlus also introduced a textured back and rounded boxy edges for the N20, greatly reducing fingerprints and giving the handset a more premium, almost (dare I say) iPhonesque body.

Oh, and this thing was $80 less expensive than the OnePlus N10. Strange pricing for a successor.

TLDR: The N20 is an fantastic mid range phone. While not exceptional when stacked against a flagship, it performs well, is comfortable to use, and it beats the hell out of any other sub-$300 5G smartphone with a design that almost makes you forget it's a budget device in the first place!

Remember this phone is most likely discontinued and there is a very very small chance this phone gets Android 12 or above officially.

This is a great mid range phone . Had mines for couple of months now no problems . Great battery life I get about 8hrs of sot for my usage . For those experiencing bad battery life you a rogue app in the background that's running . Pictures are ok just sad they didn't include a wide angle lens . Other downside is this is only getting android 12 so no 13 for this phone . I've had other midrange phones from Samsung to Motorola's they seem to lag once awhile or just sluggish from start . Havent had any of that on this phone . Kept performance mode off and ram booster off

Anonymous, 28 Aug 2022Any issues with this phone ?As long as you remember this is a "under $300" phone and keep your expectations in that price range then no, there are no problems with this phone. I think this is an amazing phone but I only paid $200 for mine so at $200 I couldn't find anything better at that price.

FB in D, 23 Aug 2022The 60hz refresh rate kinda' stinks, too.I'd love to have 90hz too but I couldn't find a phone that will work 100% with T-Mobile at this price point, with these specs, and brand new. I've been burned a few times trying to buy used phones in the past so I'm avoiding used phones unless I'm buying it from someone I know.
