OnePlus is working on a Dimensity 1200 phone
It seems OnePlus is ready to take a different chipset provider according to the latest leaks from Digital Chat Station. So far there have only been Qualcomm Snapdragon-powered OnePlus phones but now the noted tipster is reporting an upcoming OnePlus phone powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 1200 SoC is in the works.

The new leak reveals the Dimensity powered OnePlus is already in the engineering prototype stage and will bring a punch-hole cutout in the top left corner of the display just like the OnePlus 9 series. The panel will allegedly be flat just like on the vanilla OnePlus 9.
Around the back, we’re expecting a slightly altered camera setup with a 50MP Sony IMX766 main sensor at the helm with two auxiliary modules and an LED flash. The software front will be covered by Oxygen OS which hints at a potential global launch. Pricing should be around the CNY 2,000 ($313) range.

If this comes with a decent amount of storage and memory (8+GB, 256+GB) this is a sure buy!
