I recently just purchased this phone and I think it's really good just that it keeps asking for updates and I keep seeing red dots on my apps which is really annoying

Anonymous, 12 Oct 2021isn't that like every other android phoneUsed the phone less than 24 hrs and hate it, asking for updates, not user friendly, can't save contacts to sum unless I'm missing something when you set up new phone.

But mid-range is different, usually, it'll get at least one major update sometimes even two. So if you want to have at least two major updates, don't go for any budget phone regardless of what brand it is, the low-performance specs are one of the reasons people are not getting the updates.

This is by far the most annoying phone that I have ever owned. It is Constantly notifying me to add permissions add location update this and update that. Please finish setting up your OPPO. I only want a phone to make phone calls send and receive text messages. I’m getting red dots popping up all over the place. The OPPO phone is constantly seeking my attention. I would’ve been better off buying a twenty dollar dumb phone from the supermarket

Great phone and gr... moreAll usb type c will experience that on and off charging even my realme 6i will experience that so the problem is charging port. Advantages of usb type c is fast charging 10x rather than usb port cable sometimes you experience on and off. But usb cable port is advantage fit for cp like 5i but you must handle with care don't bara bara in unplug if your usb cable port will left to to phone problem also. Usb type c is using for loptop and connection with your gadget anyway charging port will replaceable and the price is 650 included labor. I would suggest that be patience
