I actually used this phone since 2018 - 2020, it's a great phone to be honest, the only problem i had was battery life was bad and gaming was not that great. Camera was actually very good, better than my Redmi, Software was great didn't have any bloatware. The display is actually great even it 720p. Overall it's very great.

Oppo a57 is a very good phone i use it in 2018 till 2020 it has not given me any problem since i bought it.

I bought this phone which is refurbished.. it doesn't display letters but numbers.. I mean instead of displaying the name of an icon it puts some numbers there not a name.. advice me kindly on how to troubleshoot the problem

Is your phone rooted? If yes then unroot it, Banking apps don't work on rooted phones
