Oppo A5x 5G announced with Dimensity 6300, 6,000 mAh battery, and IP65 rating
Oppo unveiled the A5x 4G last week, and today, the brand followed it up with a 5G version. The Oppo A5x 5G is powered by the Dimensity 6300 SoC, boots Android 15 with ColorOS 15 on top, and has 4GB RAM and 128GB storage onboard.
The Oppo A5x 5G features a 120Hz LCD with 1,000 nits brightness. The press release we received doesn't mention its diagonal or resolution but says the screen comes with Splash Touch and Glove Touch technologies, allowing users to operate the phone with wet and oily fingers or wearing gloves.

Like its 4G counterpart, the Oppo A5x 5G features a 32MP primary camera on the rear, while the selfie camera uses a 5MP sensor. Fueling the package is a 6,000 mAh battery with 45W charging support.

The Oppo A5x 5G is IP65-rated and comes with MIL-STD-810H certification. It's priced at INR13,999 ($165/€145) and will be available in India starting May 25 in Midnight Blue and Laser White colors through Oppo's Indian website, Amazon.in, Flipkart, and mainline retail stores.
