samsung a24 is better than this phone, more better more powerfull. The only 1 thing good in this phone is ip54

a13 was terrible according to reviews, like terrible performance.
and yes. infinix phones are just hit or miss when it comes to reliability. its hard to find infinix after sales, depends on where area you live in. once your infinix phone is broken or something defective.. you have to bring them to third party repair shop..

or if you dont want to risk buying used phones, the alternatives for this overpriced low end device is redmi note 10 pro, and infinix zero 5g 2023... those phones can give you better feel in your hand.

Update: Oppo A77s is now upgradeable to ColorOS 13 (Android 13), which is recently launched in the Philippines.
