Oppo expands to South Africa, A72 is its pioneer

Yordan, 25 September 2020

Oppo has just announced its expansion to a new market - the company has made its way to South Africa. The first phone, introduced by the official Oppo division, is the Oppo A72 which local media already had a chance to have for a quick hands-on.

Two other phones that hit the country are Oppo A15 and Oppo A53, all of them midrangers. A flagship is coming in Q2 2021, so it's likely not going to be one of the currently existing ones.

An official announcement with a fancy event is expected to happen in South Africa on October 7 when we’ll learn the Oppo A72 price in the market.
