Oppo Find N3 Flip's global launch date set for October 12

The Oppo Find N3 Flip, debuted in August, is currently only available in China. That's about to change next week as the smartphone starts its global journey. The first step is India on October 12. The launch event will begin at 7 PM local time and will be livestreamed on YouTube.

The Find N3 Flip is the first clamshell smartphone to sport a triple camera setup on its cover. It comprises 50MP primary (with OIS), 32MP telephoto, and 48MP ultrawide units. The smartphone also comes with Hasselblad's camera features and packs a 32MP selfie shooter.

The selfie camera is placed inside the centered punch-hole of the 6.8" 120Hz FullHD+ LTPO AMOLED folding display, with the triple camera setup on the cover joined by a 3.26" screen having a resolution of 720x382 pixels.

The Oppo Find N3 Flip is powered by the Dimensity 9200 SoC, runs Android 13-based ColorOS 13.2, and has 12GB RAM with two storage options - 256GB and 512GB. Whether or not the clamshell will have the same memory configuration in India remains to be seen.

The rest of the Oppo Find N3 Flip's highlights include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers, NFC, and a 4,300 mAh battery with 44W wired charging.

FYI, YouTube user "Jagat Review" has uploaded a video about a mysterious Oppo foldable phone that looks similar to Samsung Fold 5.

That's pointless. Their inner screens spoil very easily.

Not so in Australia from the experience of many published comments in known Forums.
