Oppo Find N5 teased as the thinnest foldable flagship
Oppo is revving up the teaser campaign for its Find N5 foldable. The device will be the long-awaited successor to 2023’s Oppo Find N3 and is now confirmed to launch in February. Pete Lau shared a teaser image hinting at the phone’s key characteristic – its thinness. As per the Weibo post, Oppo Find N5 will launch as the thinnest flagship foldable on the market.
The Honor Magic V3 currently holds the title of the thinnest foldable at 4.35mm, which means Oppo’s upcoming device will have to shave off a few points of a millimeter to gain its title. As per rumors, the Find N5 will be in the 3.5–4mm range.
Oppo Find series product manager Zhou Yibao also shared that the Find N5 will feature a titanium alloy hinge. The device may launch as the OnePlus Open 2 for global markets. As per the latest leaks, Oppo Find N5 will feature Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, three 50 MP rear cameras and a 5,900 mAh battery with support for 80W wired and 50W wireless charging.
