Oppo Find X3 Pro wins The Red Dot Product Design Award

The Oppo Find X3 Pro won a Red Dot Product Design Award. The phone beat out the numerous competition by impressing the judges with its “space-age elegance” and “futuristic flourishes”.

When it comes to X3 Pro’s design, it’s all about the glass back. The complex shape is made out of a single flat sheet of glass that is formed to the contour specified by the designers. In the case of the Gloss Black colorway, the glass is glazed with porcelain to achieve a high gloss finish. The Blue option goes the other way and adds anti-glare finish to frosted glass.

“We are honored to have our efforts recognized by the Red Dot Design Award jury, international champions of design-excellence.” said Lie Liu, President of Global Marketing at Oppo.
