Oppo Find X8 Ultra's battery capacity and charging speed tipped

A few weeks ago, reliable tipster Digital Chat Station said the Oppo Find X8 Ultra will pack a battery with a capacity of 6,100-6,200 mAh. Now, in a Weibo post likely referring to the Find X8 Ultra, DCS claimed the phone will come with a 6,000 mAh battery.

That's 1,000 mAh more than the Find X7 Ultra. However, the wired and wireless charging speeds remain the same at 100W and 50W, respectively.

Oppo's product manager for the Find series, Zhou Yibao, said the Find X8 Ultra will pack a battery with a new cell with 6,000 mAh capacity but didn't mention the charging speed.

We haven't heard anything else from Oppo about the Find X8 Ultra, but rumors claim the smartphone will come with a 6.8" 8T LTPO display of 3,168x1,440p resolution and sport four 50MP cameras on the rear, two of which will be periscope telephoto units.
