Oppo Find X8 Ultra is getting a telephoto macro cam

Oppo Find Product Manager Zhou Yibao confirmed that the upcoming Find X8 Ultra will feature a telephoto macro camera. The executive replied to a user comment on Weibo and confirmed the presence of the telephoto macro camera on the upcoming Ultra flagship, which is expected to launch in March.

The sensor in question is rumored to be the 50MP Sony LYT-701 with 3x optical zoom and OIS. As per reports, the Find X8 Ultra camera will also feature a 50MP (LYT-900) main camera with OIS alongside a 50MP (IMX882) periscope module (150mm equivalent) with 6x optical zoom. The fourth sensor is expected to be the 50MP ultrawide lens.

Oppo Find X7 Ultra

Oppo Find X8 Ultra is expected to launch alongside the Oppo Find X8 Mini which will go head to head with the vivo X200 Pro mini and iPhone 16 Pro in the compact flagship market.
