Oppo K3 India launch date revealed

Last week we learned that the Oppo K3 is heading to India and now we get an exact date to look forward to - July 19.

The Snapdragon 710-powered Oppo K3 shares much of its design and internals with the Reno but has a different screen size and camera setup.

The Reno comes with a 6.4" display, 48MP+5MP dual rear camera, and a 16MP shark fin-style selfie snapper. The K3, on the other hand, sports a 6.5" screen and boasts a dual camera setup with 16MP and 2MP units. It retains the 16MP selfie camera, but it elevates from the center vertically.

The Oppo K3 originally came in two memory versions - 6GB/64GB and 8GB/128, but it seems India will only get the top model.

The smartphone will be sold through Amazon.in, and we will know more about its pricing and availability next Friday.

Due to -pop up cam, in-display FP scanner and 8/28gb, price may be jacked up to a premium!! Probable INR 22,000-25k (US 300)

Oppo K3, Realme X, and Oppo Reno. All have SD710, Android Pie, Amoled screen, and popup selfie but very differ in price. It's all weird in consumer's perspective but there must be something going on under the hood that we don't know about.
