Just found out that you can freeze touch screen, increase decrease vol n brightness while watching a downloaded vid...sorry for the mistake in my earlier post.

Been using samsung note 3 & 4 and now r9s for about a month (explored all features). Overall, indeed it is worth to own r9s. Some missing features (vs samsung) are within acceptable level. Such as:
No color for notification light...white only
No soft button for reboot / power off
No notification light while charging (if phone is on)
No NFC
No IR
No screen lock while watching video, to freeze screen touch
No soft button to control vol n brightness while watching video
No option to change vibration pattern
... And few more....
To me they are mostly cosmetic and there are always pros and cons of any brands/releases....

hello all..just bought my oppo r9s red
but I have some problem for now can anyone help
I cant send/open any media from storage - picture/video and camera from whatsapp app,
after I "on" from setting - still cant send too...

Got this baby for 3 days now. Fully utilized all its function. Got updated to latest firmware before installing apps. Great overall performance. Good battery life. Running GPS for Uber, Waze and Google Map. I'm a driver, it run heavily for 6 hrs and still have 24% battery. Very good indeed.
Signal reception and camera was top notch. VooC charging technology, one of fastest I've seen.
Very satisfied with this R9s. Well done OPPO.

OPPO R9s Notification Light not working.... OOPO development Team plsss do somethings.... Somemore I cant add widget on main screen, plss advise too....

However, Oppo R9s has the Ultra HD mode which allow you to boost the megapixel into 64MP. If compare to the overall performance, I would like to suggest Oppo R9s.
