This Reno6 Z is hyper underwhelming. 60Hz display for around $400. Average chipset, underwhelmingly average cameras, and just wrapped up with an uninspiringly iterative design.
This phone doesn't deserve the Reno6 naming, not even the Reno brand.

All you did here is basically explaining to me how Redmi Note 10 Pro is better than OPPO Reno6 Z at a lower price, with a better camera sensor, higher refresh rate, bigger battery and etc. Yes, I agree with you that the Note 10 Pro is a better choice, ON PAPER. Promising specs on paper should provide a better user experience, in theory. So here's the question, before Huawei get banned by the US, why most people won't even consider Xiaomi? Another question, if Xiaomi is really that good, why can't it even beat its rival OPPO, Vivo and etc in most countries? If you do some research online, you'll probably notice that Xiaomi devices tend to have more quality issue than it's rival. That's basically what Xiaomi is losing even till now, weak quality control. Indeed, Xiaomi is offering superior specs from almost all of its rivals, but quality? Nah, once you face it yourself you'll know it.

    Try to respect other's choices of brands if you want people to respect you, no phones are perfect but there's definitely one that suits you the most. So if you prefer Xiaomi, then go on and get one mate, not coming here and bashing others. If brands other than Xiaomi are providing bad user experience, Xiaomi would have dominated every market by now.

Its not bout specs to price ratio but how good it is in comparison to rivals. Like redmi note 10 Pro it has a better 120 hz amoled screen with hdr 10 and far better camera(the main camera is like one of best for its price) and faster charging with better battery at a similar price is worse? I mean u gotta admit it the 60 hz on this may be smooth but 120 hz has got to be smoother. And yea gsmarena has tested all the rivals and they know if its better or worse. And redmi note 10 Pro is the most loved midrangers ever. And then poco x3 it has a 120 hz lcd which can match amoled of this phone and has faster charging better cameras. And if u hate miui then Samsung or rest of bbk options too

        It's funny to see people come here and roast OPPO just because of the specs. Sounds like build quality, user experience and the quality of the materials are not important at all. The thing is simple, if you don't like it then buy other devices. Don't assume every user are the same, focusing only on specs or price to performance ratio.

          Already got one, at first i just wanna buy this phone cause of its beautiful aurora glow(whatever it is) design. Been told by my cousins that this phone overpriced cus got 60hz and lower specs than my Mi10T Pro and equivalent. After using it for a while, I must say I can just kick all these haters here for not trying one by themselves but just reading specs online lmfao. Complaining without even got one on hand? I must say it is absolutely better than my Mi10T pro. It wont heat up crazily if i play ML for hours like my Mi device. And surprisingly lagging issue is unknown. Thanks to the amoled screen also i got vibrant colors. The oppo Os or whatever it is, also getting pretty good nowadays with tons of recent updates, this 60hz trash as ppl said, feels 90hzyyy. The specs on paper didn't say much about this phone operates in real life. I guess thats what ppl say by "dont judge book by its cover"? Try one, then u know why build and real hardware+software superior are better than in paper.

              phone is so good.. and i like it . . if you are only looking at the specs of the phone with out having one . then you will be disappointed .. but for the performance was quite nice for me. cause im not a heavy gamer unike the others.. have a good day ..

                    This phone is absolutely not worth it. The specs are just super underwhelming. You are better off buying the Reno5, or a Xiaomi equivalent.

The reason why Xiaomi's ui is "buggy" is because some phones aren't compatible or optimized especially if you're using a 2019 Xiaomi phone. There are lots of Xiaomi phones with great durable build and good design like Note 10 pro for example. The phone is protected by Gorilla glass 5 for only $250 in my country (almost half the price of Reno6 Z). Bloatwares aren't a problem since they're DELETABLE and Oppo also has bloatwares.

Oppo's smartphone hardware quality is more sturdy & premium than Xiaomi's, plus Oppo's sub-brand Realme will be the one to deal with Xiaomi's cheaper priced smartphones. How could you buy a more cheaper smartphone with great flagship specs when there exists drawbacks like poor hardware quality, software bugs & lots of bloatware apps like from Xiaomi's?

                            Are you kidding me right now? $400 damn dollars for this? It's got a 60hz display, a depressing battery, and an 800U! This is what you'd expect to be $220~ nowadays!

                            Oppo you aren't a premium brand. Don't price your phones as though you are.

                              I have just checked the price. This phone is not worth it for that kind of price it's better to get something with the snapdragon 870, the price it's too close to even some flagships level smartphones. It definitely should have arrived with the dimensity 1000 CPU.

                                no micro SD card slot?, That's a big big disappointment. Hopefully the 256gb version come out at a good price if not this is not the phone to get or recommend

Yes, it doesn't have the blinding 1000nit count like flagships, but the brightness is already enough for most things. Colors are very punchy and vibrant for content viewing.
