7 8/256 config is super, the 8gb ram is well managed and i can open over 10 apps without lagging unlike my old and resources intensive miui phone, color os did a great job with this one
8 good selfie camera, even though i rarely use it it's come in handy whenever i need it

Been using this phone for over a year (entering second now) after buying it on sale for l
220 dollar and i must say the phone has several weakness but also strenght
Weakness
1 60hz display, altho i don't like how they put 60hz this phone but for scrolling and web browsing it's still very smooth even after over a year
2 mono speaker, the speaker configuration is disappointing at it's price however the quality is much better than my deadboot poco m3 with stereo speaker
3 average battery life, the 4500 mah is below average for today standart and altho it can be used for entire day for light usage, heavy usage like gaming will drain the battery much faster
4 only 1080p recording, altho many people said that 1080p is trash, for me it's enough
Now since i already mention the weakness based off my experience I'm gonna showcase the pros of this phone
1# camera quality is pretty good and with gcam it's even better
2# video quality is also pretty okay, unlike the previous reno 7z 5g which has identical spec to this, however the reno 7z lacks EIS which the 8z has so the 8z recording is alot more stable and yes from my experience it's enough
3 okay display, the 1080p amoled display is pretty okay altho not impressive
4 snapdragon 695 5g, altho not a gaming chip it still fulfills my gaming needs, games like modern warship runs at high setting with 60 FPS while games like genshin will achieve 35-45 FPS in medium and 30 FPS in high
5 really good thermal management, even though the phone is pretty slim, the thermal management is really above my expectation, played modern warship, genshin for 2 hours straight in my pretty dry room and the temperature stays around 40-41 celcius consistently
6 good charging speed, the 33 watt charger altho not blazing fast is enough to compensate the phone below average battery capacity, i got full charge in 59 minute
So yeah overall i gave this phone a 7,8/10 it's pretty good from my experience but if you want to get this, make sure to buy it on sale because the normal price is overpriced for what it offers

Not powerful enough for its price, i was expecting for social media apps and internet to be working fine but it has some connection issues and battery drain when the signal bar drops. I hope a few days this gets fixed.

Overpriced. No ultrawide, 60hrz display, 33watts charging, no stereo speker, 1080p 30fps video it's a big boooo.

This phone sucks. The camera is so bad. The colors are very un natural and un realistic. I used oppo A3s before, that one even had better camera than this. This may have 64mp resolution but the camera is just so bad. I wasted my money on this phone, i should have just went for xiaomi. Even the pro mode of the camera is shtty.

weirdly enough, why Are there no Ultrawide on most of oppo's phone? isn't that weird... Its really useful to me but Most of their high end mid range phones only has 2 cameras or 3 which is 2mp deph and 2mp macro not like on samsungs that uses 5mp deph and 5mp macro, and An ultrawide too starting from A2*-A7* series

contrary to the two perceptions herein, i am an avid handphone fan and can testify that i m a happy user. the camera is great for the price.
