It does boot . But stops on the the orange logo how can can recover it to boot mormally

i used to use some applications on my zte orange monte carlo but after i restarted the phone the applications i used to use can not open right now. After i installed them again and try open it gives me some note saying applucation failed to open and quits.
What can i do to use those applications.

I have a monte carlo mobile, had lots of trouble with it so changed to iphone, now no problems, but i still want to play modern war android on this phone, i am not using any memory at all yet and have a 2 gg card and it still says the memory is too small, does anyone know how i can fix this as orange are useless. Thank you
