Oreo beta update for Honor 7X begins rolling out today

The Oreo Beta program for the Honor 7X was announced by the company earlier this month, and now it's time for the update to arrive. Those who enrolled in the program are getting emails that update will start rolling out today.

The email also notes that it's a staged roll out, and all eligible units will get the beta update by the end of this week. In addition to Oreo, the update also includes the EMUI 8 skin. The final Oreo update should arrive sometime in Q2 this year.
