Oreo for Honor 9 and Honor 8 Pro begins rolling
A couple of devices from Huawei's sub-brand Honor are getting a new update. Specifically, the Honor 9 and Honor 8 Pro are getting the EMUI 8.0 update which brings along Android Oreo.
As for changes, all major Oreo goodies should be there, including picture-in-picture mode and notification dots. The update is currently hitting units in the UK, although we expect it will be available in other key markets sooner than later.

In the UK with Honor 9 one from vMail & the other 3 got two update on the 8th Feb including the Google Jan security update but still on Android 7.0 & EMIU 5.1 What is going on?

I got oreo update on feb 7th, for my honor 8 pro. I am in India and the features are looking great, the battery life, camera improvements, customised settings... ✌️✌️✌️
