Today the flashlight died - completely stopped working.
Not my first major issue after 9 months of use (February 2024-November 2024). For the first 6 months, it used to turn itself off automatically when charging overnight (1st time I had a smartphone do so) and thus completely nuke my much-needed alarms. It does have a system to turn itself on/off on schedule, so I made it turn itself on at 5 am just to be safe. Works most of the time, been a while since I last noticed an issue but by what I know it's still turning itself off overnight.
Call quality is awful - hordes of people complain the sound coming off my mic is horrible.
Screen randomly flashes nonstop, you need to turn the screen off then turn it back on.
Cheap & tough but with less than a year of use, the hardware is piss-poor and the software is VERY buggy.

Let’s be real here—are we really buying this phone to play games? Isn’t it meant to be a rugged tool for staying connected outdoors? If performance is the main concern, wouldn’t a slimmer phone be a better choice? This tough guy is built for workers, not gaming, am I right?
