Our Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE video review is out

Xiaomi’s dominance in the midrange segment is quite evident and the Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE (known as Lite NE 5G in India) is the latest proof. The device boasts a capable Snapdragon 778G 5G chipset, 120Hz AMOLED screen and 64MP triple camera wrapped in a sleek 6.88mm thick chassis weighing 158 grams. So how does the phone feel and perform? The 6.55-inch AMOLED display on the 11 Lite 5G NE is capped at FHD+ resolution and brings a speedy 90Hz refresh rate which is adaptive. It performed quite well with good color accuracy and managed to crank out 846 nits max brightness in our tests. The dual speaker setup also scored well in our speaker test.

One area where the 11 Lite 5G NE outperformed its Mi 11 Lite 5G counterpart is in the battery department where the new model got a 122-hour endurance rating compared to the 106-hour rating on the old edition. Going to the cameras, the 64MP main shooter delivers surprisingly good photos in daylight and night time with consistently good colors and detail preservation.
