w@ up y'all? i wud like 2 purchase the unlocked palm pixi plus bt not sure if it will work properly in africa.is it even a world wide phone cz the features seem cool?help pliz cz i dnt want 2 wast my money

I recently purchased this exact unlocked phone from Walmart online and I plan on using it as a prepaid phone. I was wondering if I could order a SIM activation kit from T-Mobile, put it in this phone, and then use the T-Mobile Monthly4G $30 Unlimited Web & Text with 100 min of talk card on this phone. Is this possible? I already ordered the phone and the SIM kit.

What sort of apps run on this mobile? Can Skype be configured on this? How about using bluetooth for data transfer?

jay, 02 Apr 2012but, this is the GSM/UNLOCKED version right?? im not talkin... morewell, if you can get the AT&T ones..other carriers only offer this phones as a CDMA phone..but yes, you should be able to unlock it..

I'm planning to buy a palm pixi plus. But i've heard that the phone is currently stopped and even WebOS is not available nowadays.So, I'm worried if i would get any support if something went wrong(if i would get the parts in case of replacement). I really liked the phone and its features but the above reasons are pulling me aback.I request any present user of the phone to give me a feedback of the phone and its support. Thank you.

jay, 25 Mar 2012what do people mean activate first before you can use it.th... more@jay: it means that you need to create a palm profile first in order to activate the phone. no,it can't be used in the philippines since this phone is a CDMA phone(doesn't have any sim card slot). hope this helps..:D

this mob is a big shit.....i bought it 2days before....i can't even save net settings on it fron networks like warid,mobilink,zong etc....don't ever try to buy this shit....it is a waste ov time & waste ov money!!
