This phone is userfriendly and is not very expensive compare with other phones in the market.
I have O2 Atom Exec+Zinc, HTC Touch Dual, SE P1i and other smartphone, but this phone only cost me S$299 without contract, I never use Palm phone before, so I bought this today at Comex IT fair, I'm fine without WIFI.
If you're looking for good camera, Wifi, 3G or phone equip with all high tech PDA phone, do you think your phone cost how much.
I use this phone mainly for calling, sms and a little of camera. I have HP iPAQ 112 for my daily video and songs.
So what you pay is what you get, don't blame too much on the phone.

I am a long-time user of Excel on PCs, but, having just bought a 500v with Windows Mobile Office installed, I cannot work out how to do anything in Excel. I have been completely unable to find any useful information on the basic functions of Excel Mobile, Does anyone tell me how to use the mobile version of Excel please?

No thumbwheel or Jog dial?...
I wonder if the D-pad is quick enough for navigation through large docs and files

its nicer in the flesh and a fantastic introduction to windows mobile..Its £100 on prepay voda uk + 20 quid top up so its a bargain..For what it does and the price it gets 10/10 but its not the full blast multimedia smartfone like the much anticipated s/e xperia but a good buy to see if you like windows mobiles,,i got it to put me on till xperia and get the jist of things since ive only ever used symbian
