its really great using my sweet n cutie cell n even it has a great sound system........but only problem i face is about ringtones plz can any body tell me how to download ringtones in my cell.......i have even tried asking many of my friends using same piece i.e panasonic A100 but they even don't know how to download plz tell me how to compose....mail me at kiran_vidu86@yahoo.co.in plz let me kno the solution........

Friends,
I want to buy A102. The cost is Rs.3,100/- in Hyderabad, India. Some are advicing not to buy this because
1. of its small size
2. u can get a color mobile for anther 600/-
3. Its not a Nokia.
I dont care all these. But, I want to know if i can download ringtones(poly/mono) or not. Ringtones is not a big deal but i don't want my new phone lacks that feature. Please let me know, if i can atleast compose using KeyStrokes available in some web sites. Also let me know if this Phone is having any other problems. Users of this phone are most welcome. telefonul e prea mic si pot cu greutate sa formez numarul...vreau sa zic "puteam" pentru ca l-am calcat in picioare a 2-a zi=great phone :)

this so cute n nice. i love it very much. but i have a big trouble, i don't know where can find the ringtones. can anybody tell me where n how i can get the ringtones?? please............:-(

i just bought one Alcatel OT152 whihc is similar to this, but the finishing is much better, even with color... very cute and i just want to keep holding in my hand

One more point for the A100!!!!!! the previous model had bad battery life, bad clarity on the speakerphone, and the battery/backing would break on the slightest drop. All these problems have been fixed for the panasonic A100. Battery last REALLY LONG. Speakerphone is clear for the size of the phone amazing really. and there is a different backing ot hold a battery now. in the previous model the backing was the actual battery, not anymore. Now that's a review.

Ok. There are a lot of opinions on the A100 and half of the people here don't even own the phone. I've had the phone for two months now. I'm not a phone nerd where I love panasonic, motorola, nokia like a lot of people are. I just like quality things be it cars stereos etc. Here goes, if you want a Quality phone that is tiny and can fit easily in your pocket this phone is for you. I can say that the phone has great clarity on both ends of the call. reception is great. remember this depends on service too. i have T mobile. the speakerphone is amazingly clear on both ends. the buttons are not bad to press you just have to get used to the size of the phone. t9 works great. I've dropped the phone many times now and its sturdy like the older nokias. has two games but i never played a game on a phone cause whats the point. its a phone! I like it cause i stick it in my pocket and it still feels comfortable yet it funcions really well. there is no bluetooth, color screen, or camera. but if you want a quality and TINY phone this A100 is the one for you. if you like cameras and all that stuff. this is the wrong phone. I'm a guy, i go jogging with the phone, i go to clubs/bars and i stick it in my pocket with my suits. basically the phone doesn't get in the way and that's why i bought it and thats what i got.tiny size without giving up on quality. thats my review and i'm not a panasonic lover or hater like all these other reviews on this site. i'm not paid by motorola, panasonic, nokia or anyone else. i just bought the phone and it works great, period. hope this helped anyone who was considering buying the phone. by the way YOU CAN'T DOWNLOAD RINGTONES! sorry no snoop dog on your phone. oh no! get an ipod like i did people. one more thing the phone sounds good with a headset connected to it. i got the leather case and sometimes use it and put it like a pager in my pocket. you all remember that look in the late 90's. more questions. just email me.. thanks and good luck with whatever cell you all pick to buy

For ye Whiners: You should have had at least read the user's manual before purchasing one. What was its features? Did you understand them? I'm pretty sure Panasonic built them for some reasons. I bought 2 for my children who loved them. I never heard them whine about their phones. Mind you they are childrens.

the unit is cute but it seems 90% of us A100 users complain about the melody composer (how to use it) & how to download ringtones. maybe its time for PANASONIC people to do something about this. pls email me manual how to use melody composer, if there's any

ya know what?? ang hirap makahanap ng ringtones para sa unit na ito. the phone sure is cute, small and useful in a lot of ways.. it fits in your pocket perfectly, but it's REALLY hard to find ringtones for the melody composer..

it looks like a calculator possibly of pre historic origin.[some one in the future will realise this phone was made for 3 -5 year olds].
