i bought d phone and d screen is broken.and no d screen in market does anyone knows where i can get d screen

Pathetic mobile phone has no battery backup even though it comes with 2200 mah battery and takes long to charge. Battery gets exhausted even though when not in use and gets heat up fast when in use. It does not have a simple setting of call waiting also in the phone.
