Plzzz plzz plzz...if someone is reading this..believe me.you are going to regret your decision to buy it..please do not buy this phone..rather buy lenovo mobiles..right now they are THE best Android mobiles..and this handset panasonic eluga switch..it's just the waste of money,buying this phone..HOPE IT HELPS..THANKS

Very bad.
I bought the phone last month n facing from network issue as well as phone restarts automatically. Don't buy this phone

Bought new cell and just think could not use it for 1 month. At last they fixed new motherboard but same cell... Hope it will work well

Bought mobile 6 months back with Android 5.0.2, and still not even a single update.. shame on you Panasonic... in the current competitive world and with such a huge security vulnerabilities, you people have no common sense of releasing updates.. no wonder why Panasonic not succeed in mobile market... will never recommend this product to any of my friends...

Everything is great about this phone except the following:
1. no card slot - Biggest bummer
2. no gorilla glass
3. Battery drains fast...
Apart from these the phone works well....smooth & no heating issues also..good front firing speakers as well

This set came into my hands on 7th may and found that usb storage was not working.15 days was passed by snapdeals for replacement after that it was deposited with Panasonic coustmer care at govind nagar kanpur.on 11 june i was called by them to take the set back.Again it was not working with external device.New set was damaged at left corner.staff said me that to prove that above set supports ext.usb storage.
Set is still lying there,damaged and unrepaired,on promise to replace above set with new set.
Worst service,worst staff at coustmer care

really is not a good idea to chose this phone i purchased on march 2016 and believe me it ridiculous, hanging issue, battery dry soon, service hahaha pathetic in bangalore, for software checkup they need 2 to 3 days and hardware it will take 25 days how amazing service, i never suggest anyone to buy this product

I am really disappointed from the service of panasonic eluga switch.I bought brand new panasonic eluga switch and as soon as i opened it i had faced that my outgoing voice mic is not working.and from that day i am trying for its return through snapdeal,really facing problem in returning.I also tried that this problem resolved by service centre but they refused by saying that it is online product and if we will deal with it then we will take 3 months.which is inappropriate for customer satisfaction.

deepak sharma, 27 May 2016when purchaseIt is a very nice phone. Have been using it since 1 month. no problem whatsoever. the speaker quality is very nice. So are the JBL headphones that comes with the phone.
