Panasonic eluga ray 810 model..I bought a mobile phone before 6 month but now this time mobile not working properly how do I do automatically switch off... heating problem..so many..I refer to guis this mobile so bad , don't buy this type of mobile pls...

Worst phone from Panasonic, and worst service support in Bangalore, I left going to service centes after their irresponsible behavior. I was frustrated and not going to buy or recommend any Panasonic products to anyone.

Dont west your money for buy this phone....i hate this company i hate this phone...i dont want any item in this company panasonic, I have never seen this bad quality phone in my life. I have purchased this phone last year and within one or two month, it hang , auto switch-off 10-20 time in a day and when charge it, back part is more hot, the processor speed is so slow. I go to panasonic service center, but not found my solution and service center facility is too bad.
Panasonic Eluga U is bad phone.
1) Switched off automatically
2) Heating problem
3) Camera not working sometime

This is a very bad phone. It hangs a lot, back camera stops working sometimes, front camera not working all the time, gets heated up so quickly and power button also stopped working. This is a total waste of time and money!

Pathetic phone, screen stopped responding after 6 months of usage, not a single scratch on it, service center says cannot be replaced. Panasonic should stop making phones

Waste phone how lovely the phone is ive broken my touch pad and to replace that it cost about 6000rs sounds great and the back glass broken due to excess of heat from processor . I have planned to make my pphone as an induction stove . And the sound wow , am sitting near my phone and its ringing ive not able to hear the sound . Clearly the phone doesn't worth for the current price... plz dont ever try panasonic mobile phones.... its like getting headach by your own money

stopped and the upper portion become heated. After servicing same problem happens.
I want to exchange my phone soon.

The worst phone i have seen ever.I don't know why this Panasonic company provide the eluga smart phone though there work is to make TV,refrigerate. They are good in this area but not in making of phone.So please stop foolish people.

My eluga has switched off on its own it was only 2 months back I had purchased it,given it to its service centre ,which says a battery change is necessary and the company might return ur phone in 1 months time.written 3letters to its support centre but no news about my phone when it will be returned.waiting for my phone.

Panasonic Eluga U is bad phone.
1) Switched off automatically
2) Heating problem
3) Camera not working sometime
4) Some apps closed unfortunately
5) Sim 2 slot not working
6) Except Panasonic showroom nobody ready to open the mobile and resolve the problem easily

I have never seen this bad quality phone in my life. I go to panasonic service center, but not found my solution and service center facility is too bad. I think i totally waste Rs.18,000/- on this bad phone. It behave like rude boy.
I give advice to the panasonic mobile company owner- "Sir, please don't make this vulgar type phone. Because people don't want to waste their money in unusable phone."
