Hi,Those who intend to buy panasonic mobiles, please refrain from purchasing and in particular P-11, this mobile battery drains out very quickly. The charger must be connected always when you are using internet. Also service is worst in the industry and top of all you dont find service stations. They should stop manufacturing mobiles and should resort to something which they are good at if at all if they are good at anything.

Panasonic p11 not a bad mobile guys camera is great but Panasonic service centre no solve problem service centre is very bad response but phone is good

In this phone nothing is good
Battery is worst
Prosessor is slow etc etc
Don't bye this type of phones
Contect jumped to another name.
Friends dont buy this phone.

Over-heating while charging, talking or chatting.
Battery doesnt stand for more than 6-7 hours even without using it or having wifi on.
Phone gets hung rarely and contacts get jumbled up with another name. Your phonebook,call log and number pad doesnt open up often at times of emergency, thats kind of irritating.
Otherwise, camera and clarity is fine.

Within 3 month the board of P11 was burned while charging. Even though they promise one year warranty we can't get any help from them. Heating of mobile while speaking is major problem. Waste of money. Life is just months only. You never get any useful customer help.

Hi, p11 that I had bought had network n internet connectivity issue. N now within just over 2 months the screen has cracked. The screen I very delicate, hence I would recommend to keep the p11 in showcase. The service support webpage of Panasonic official website fails to indicate nearest service center. the nearest service center no. provided through call center doesn't works.. Now after struggle when I visited the service center they are asking rs. 5500 for display screen replacement. I feel its absorbance of Panasonic to charge so much for a below 10k phone .

bad very bad experience with panansonic service center. my battery was dead i have given to serice center for replacement of my battery after a month they said you take back your old battery because we dont know when your new battery will come. after one month they have waste my time n said no to exchange my battery. i suffered a lot with service center. if u people read my message kindly provide better service to your customer, if we are paying 12,500 grand for ur product we also want good service from ur side. my opinion is not to buy this phone else u will face lots of problem.

i have purchased 1 and half month ago, touch screen is not working and not available in india as per service center's reply it will take 4 months and charges appx.9000/- is very costly. so i request not purchase this type cell phone.
