Finally got the solution at vodafone website Dataservices FAQ, had to create new APN & wow 3G is working like a charm :-)
This is the best phone.. awesome Phone..

Hi, I am using Panasonic P51 since last 5 months, today suddenly it stopped showing anything on screen, completely black like in power off mode. Even pressing the power button doesn't do anything, I also kept holding press power key and volume down key together to reboot it but it didn't do anything. What could be the problem and how to resolve it. Please help...Thanks

cananyone suggest me that which phone i should buy (moto g or panasonic p51) give ur suggestion on the basis of battery life, camera quality, gaming(NFS swift, temple run, ohter little heavy game).

I am using Panasonic P51 since last 4 months but m facing the following problems plz help guys -
1)Goggle Play Music app cannot read any songs form my SD card(I have to connect to PC and scan for Virus, after that it reads songs form SD cards, even if no virus is detected).
2) If I download something from the Internet (Pics,PDS files etc) and if I want to Listen to music afterwards, the music player shows the message -> Cannot Play the Music track

mani, 27 Jun 2014hi i have recently brought p 51 ,i am facing two problems ... morePlease check your network under network mode-3G Service - Mobile network settings- Wireless & networks - More - Settings ( in reverse order ). It should be WCDMA/GSM auto and not GMS only or WCDMA only. GSM only will give you only 2G service and WCDMA will give you only 3G service.

hi i have recently brought p 51 ,i am facing two problems
1. the volume of speakers is too low ,you cannot hear ,music and even ringtones properly.
2.3g connection works fine ,but when on 2g network ,internet does not work.
any one else also having same issues or not ? any solution ?

I bought this phone (not through Flipkart) back in September, 2013.
I feel it's a very good Value For Money phone to buy if you are on a budget but BEWARE! People who run repair and service centres (both authorized and unauthorized) say that spare parts for this phone are not usually supplied in enough quantity and on time by Jaina Marketing (the same company that markets the Karbonn range of phones) so those customers whose Panasonic phones break down have to suffer a lot. I myself had to place an order online with a Singapore based exporter for a new display for my P51 after leaving my phone for 40 days at the authorized service-cum-repair shop in my hometown. Jaina Marketing failed to supply the screen for this model so there's nothing this guy running the service-cum-repair shop could do about it.
I inquired at a few unauthorized centres but all of them told me the same thing: Panasonic P51's screen is unavailable in the market.
I finally found relief when I received the shipment from Singapore and then I had my P51's smashed screen replaced for Rs.1000 (Although the overall cost was Rs.6700)
This sad episode led me to think that buying this phone is a tricky affair; you get great value for your money but, God forbid, if your phone breaks down, you may face a very difficult time getting it fixed.
