The camera keeps crashing and the gallery doesnt open either. Not sure if its a software problem. tried removing the sim and rebooting it. but problem persists..any help...

dany, 16 Mar 2014 I have same problem in camera but i got the solution panos... moreI tried many time to contact customer care. They don't have any solution for the issue. they said to give service centre, but there is only one service centre across my state and its too far from my city.
Don't go for the mobile. I really fed up with this phone.

Even I have the problem with the camera. I did factory reset, but the problem still persist. Please let me know if there is any solution...

So i removed most of them. Also , removed all images from gallery. Still camera is not responding , and gives message "Unfortunately Gallery has stopped working". Moreover , this is my second P51. First one got hanged after 20 days from purchase , had to follow up a lot to get it replaced with new one, and now this camera problem.

Manu, 28 Feb 2014I have same problem.i called to panasonic support and they suggested me to install ram booster.. i installed but still facing the problem after boosting the ram....
dont know what to do further
