P55 handset Worst service experience.
I have submitted my phone on 23.09.15 for battery problem ( within warranty) and till date it is under repairing (more than 2 months). Also no visibility about readiness to customer care team , they will simply repeat same dialogue " we understand your problem, pl call after 4-5 days ....".
They will not respond to your mail.
They will not give u alternate phone.
They will not let u talk to senior responsible person.
Thus u will feel frustrated, but u can't do anything.

I have buy a Panasonic p-55 Novo phone, GPS accuracy is very poor than any other phone on same range or below. During the drive GPS icon is giving wrong direction, It make much difficulty to the drive so losing time and fuel. battery backup of this phone is very poor other features are satisfied

this is soo bad mobile....... every time I charged it & after some times it's battery getting low....... & it is also hang very much........ & its android version is not in upgradeable series........
