I brought this Mobile... Before 5 month now its hanging... Many times and its voice call sound quality is very poor
Now new problem I get that while calling I van heard receiver voice but he/she can't heard. From last one month I m searching service center n Bangalore but all r fake. There is no center ...still it is in under warranty period...
.so plz tell me service center in Bangalore... Plz

rks, 15 Jul 2014Its a stupid phone.having lits of problems.ring tines do no... moreI agree what u said. Lot of service problems. Does not get serviced even at company. No standby phone. Hindi fonts in whatsapp msg get cut on right side. Overheating. Gets bright itself. Customized ringtones gets to default ring off and on. Just great looks.

Very poor sound quality. sometime speaker gets off while calling. caller voice is unheard.

Hi Guys..
Currently m using both Samsung S duos 2 and Panasonic T21 and found that T21 outperforms Samsung S Duos 2. T21 has best screen clarity, camera, sound and also the processor is far better than S Duos 2. The difference can be easily identifiable while playing candy crush. The candy will be seen dragging in Samsung but it freely flows in T21. But yes there is some disguise in its RAM and internal memory..512MB of RAM is used for chipset and is not available for the user. Also only around 1GB of Internal storage is available for the user.. You can't expect it to perform exceptionally well without being heated.Even Samsung fones get heated..The power and volume key doesn't seems to be that great..The most important drawback is that it doesn't have an exclusive authorised service center..they are being shared with other mobiles like Maxx, Karbonn, videocon etc..(I m talking abt hyderabad service centre)..All in all a good value for money taking into consideration only the specifications and its performance..these are electronic devices and definitely all the devices will not be same..Even an Apple mobile doesnt meets everybody's expectations..

Waste I am regretting that I cannot return this phone it also cannot be updated to android KitKat nor there is any room available for it and I doubt that anyone knows about the phone

when 3g is on , phone is heating tremendously near- camera and earpiece region. what is the problem?

I 've bought this cell 2 months back. Its OK.but heating prblm is there. Sometimes when call is in progress all the appln starts showing at a time .it happened 2 times. And then phone goes blank. Sometimes if camera used for a longer time then I have 2 swich off the phone.pl.help me
