Hey all, bought the pink vs2 and realised it does not come with a USB cable! Anyone know why?

Hi all I have jus bought a new VS 2 last week. I am very pleased with the functions. A beauty but just lack of an external memory card and bluetooth. but it can be over come but the USB cable .but the major problem is tyhe ringin tone is too too too too soft.... i have been getting alot of missed calls and SmS. but it has a vibrate and ring together functions likethe nokia. all in all i am quite please with the phone. cost me cheap. aswell..... should consider.....

awesome phone - I've had no problems at all! but is anyone able tell me if/where there is a log for recived/missed calls?! The specs say it can store 20 received calls, but where??

hey ppls, if sum1 sends me a ring tone via infrared (real tone) can i use it? also can u have voice recordings as a ring tone? thanks :)

the nz version doesnt come wif a data/usb cable
and d1mae once you download the pics u gota right click on them and select 'save' an u choose where u want em saved :)
anddd yea u can download pics an ringtones an use mp3s as ur ringtone :P

and to d1mae, once you hav downloaded the pic off ur fone you got to right click on the image and click save, then select where u want it to b saved.
the only fing i wud want this fone to hav is a lil screen on the outside to c if u got ne messages or sumfin

I recently bought a Panasonic VS2 and i want to put MP3s on it, but the files are way to big. I was wondering how to compressthe files to be able toput them on there.

Hey guys! I just ordered this phone. What I'm wondering, can you set the mp3's to your ringtone? or download other ringtones/wallpapers to put on? sorry if this is a dumb question. I'm pretty electronically retarded :P

Can anyone tell me please... I've installed the handset manager, but how do I upload those FRAME inside Tool Data folder to my phone as FRAME?? I tried but they became picture file instead. Help please...

I purchased this phone last week and loving it to bits!!! but i only have one small problem, this sounds dumb but i cant seem to recieve some MMS messages that have been sent to my phone from my friends. a little symbol shows up on the screen and i have know clue how to get rid of it so i can get my MMS!! lol. bt hey i guess it might just be me bt ive done everything the book as told me to do as well as taking into the shop.

The VS2 doesn't come with a data cable here in New Zealand. I bought a VS2 from Dick Smiths last week, and it isn't supplied with a cable. I bought my cable on ebay. Cost about $25.
Now, what software is everyone using to resample their mp3's, to what format does it have to be converted (ie: layer/bitrate)

Bought this phone last week. I LOVE IT - so far absolutely no problems. Colour is fantastic, and it's so easy to use, this phones functionability just makes sense. People have been saying the volume is quite? I haven't had a problem, compared to some other phones I guess the ringtone might seem quite, but it's loud enough. The only real problem I've encountered is it doesn't have real tones, which is a pity. But still, wouldn't trade this phone over anything! Recommended

hi, i bought this phone and i dont know how to transfer the pictures on the PC, can someone help me?
i've installed the software on the bundled CD, have the phone connected via the USB cable (of course) and what i do is i go to the media menu on the software. i see my pictures on the left, i right click it and then click download. it seems as if it's downloading and it does say "picture downloaded successfully" (or something like that, i dont remember the exact phraseology). but i never see the picture on the right side with all the originally stored pictures (those that came when i bought the phone). i've tried looking for it inside the folder created under My Documents for the panasonic software, but still the same default pictures. they're not in My Pictures either. where the hell does the pictures get stored?

The Panasonic VS2 comes with a usb cable so you can get the mp3's off the computer and the VS3 is better than the sony ericsson

Hae, 4 the last comment, I'd suggest Sony Ericcson K300i, cos they rock, they r even betta. But this is a pretty sweet fone.
4 the person b4 that, yes, it does play MP3s but onli has 32 MB to store them on, u upload them wif USB from the computer. No it does not have bluetooth.

over all this phone is great. I would recommened it to anyone. The sound is not that soft, and there isnt blue tooth but that about the only thing. I would give it an 8/10
