I have this phone for past 9 months. now i am facing problem with the battery. It has bulged out. And when i approached the service center for replacment, they said Battery is out of stock. Pls tell me what to do.

why can't i receive files trough infrared from other phones? yesterday i received am mp3 file and today it's refusing to accept files...help me plz p.s. it only receives files from certain types of phones ...and it's annoying me...thank you!

i just got this phone last month and i think its really awesome, i wanted the silver one but they had none left so i got the black one which is fine. the black is different from the ones i'm used to but its still nice. only thing i don't like so far is that you don't see how long you've talked for a call. i'm not sure if there's an option so you can see that or if there isn't one, if there is it would be great since i'm used to checking on how long the call was.

I don't know can i transferr files bigger than 999kB from the PC via infrared port, cause it is imposible to transfer it by the other phones with IR????????????????????????

it`s good phone, i like it... it could have more memory... I think that it would be perfekt if I could lock menu whit code and silver paint cannot be that easily scratch off...

I have a white/silver vs3 since february. It's starting to lose paint around the joint and the camera. It's not so bad, but in a year I'm sure it will look bad, so it's re-selling value will be low.
Try and see them for yourself, but if you still don't know what color to choose, try black. I'm sure it's more resistent.

Black or White 1?? I'd heard dat black looks better den white in person bud nt in pics. Bud i personally felt dat red n black looks weird. So wad's ur comment??

i've had this phone for almost a year now, and i love it so much. i don't regret buying it. i'm pretty clumsy so i dropped it a lot of times and it's still not broken :) well the edges look like crap now but who cares really. people love the fact that it's so slim and thin :D oh let's see the battery is kinda poor if u use it a lot, but i only use it for calls and sms so it's not a big problem to me. sometimes when i dont use it, i dont have to charge it for days. the photo quality is not the best but it's satisfactory. i dunno i really love this phone and im having hard time finding a new phone that's as good as the VS3.

If you play with the phone about 1/2 hour, the battery will need recharching about the same day. Downloading files by irda from the phone works, but I can't upload anything. Panasonic's soft won't allow you to transfer java apps. Maybe a cable will. Phone is nice to use, but the battery could last longer. There are also small things, like I can't change default actions of programmable keys or I can only make a shortcut to a phone number, not a function (functions can be run by direction keys, though). The joystick is quite small and if you play games better test it before buying. The function keys, including disconnect, are too close to the joystick for me. Overally, very good phone, nice display and the light feature quite cool.

how do you add mp3 into the phone?? i didn't get any program along w/ the phone....am i suppose to??? i have the usb that connects to the computer, but i just can't add songs..

Good phone but after 7 months of use the silver paint has pealed around the camera and other areas and looks really bad

Check the program control of your firewall. I had the same problem till I let the manager connect where it wants. But you can use easily windows to send files.
Is it possible to install other applications on this phone?

I am not sure as to how to use the infrared. I downloaded the handset manager from panasonic, but I can't get it to connect to the actual phone from the computer. Any help would be great. Thanks:]
