the only differences from the vs6 and vs7 is that, the vs7 has a front screen, x-changerable covers, and inside a large "2.5" screen instead of a "2.2" screen which, is featured on the vs6

Hi there,
I have bought this mobile last week, it is really good, but i have also same problems about sending-receving files. first of all i could not send mp3 files, i have found a mp3 wav converter and wav -mmf converter. i can only send mmf file to phone.
also i could not send jar files to this machine. "session could not be honored" it says.
but screen and photo properties are very fine.
i can suggest this machine...

That means we can only use mp3 ringtones.

Had the phone for about two weeks, experienced the bluetooth/IR problems so decided to get data link cable to download from pc, cable came with wrong drivers so searched for VS6 drivers online for hours with no success. Has anyone got any info on where I can get them from if so please mail me at julian@powell303.wanadoo.co.uk.

Hi Alex,
When your pc is connected with your mobile via bluetooth/infrared, select the pic your want to transfer and "option"->"Send via"...
Does anybody know how to send mp3 songs to VS6? Every time I try, it says no enough space. But I think there is some space for several songs. By the way, I don't have a USB cable for this phone.

Hey Guys, just got the VS6 today, just wanna let you all know its a class phone, at first i was a bit iffy about getting it due to its size etc but now that i have it i have realised that it really isnt that big and its not heavy atall. the camera is fantastic, 2MP for around £100, cnt beat it. the phone overall is very good, i strongly recommend it.

I have had this phone for a month now. All is great!
Had a Samsung d600 for 2 weeks before and returned it, the same for the W800i. Both offered good mp3 functionalities and the W800i has a great camera.
However, the screen on the VS6 is AMAZING! One of the best on the market (if not the best), puts the other two two shame. It has a camera comparable to that of the W800i and far better than the D600 and the bluetooth is as easy as any other I've used to date.
Potential problems; no external screen which was no issue to me (the light flashes and you open it up), no expandable memory which if you're like me and have any reasonable taste in music, you'll already have a 5gb+ MP3 player anyway (this is a phone, right?).
Battery life is good, as is the operating system.
Good job Panasonic.

I am thinking of getting either this or the V3i.
This looks more appealing as it is about £180 cheaper and has mostly better spec.
The only thing I was wondering is how you can play videos on this, and how easy the bluetooth is to use as these are key factors in my decision, thanks!

Isn't it a problem that you can't see who is calling and have to open the device to see it?
