We just bought two of these phones- one broke on the first day! Everyone complains that when they talk to us, it's difficult to hear. Turns out the speaker is on the bottom of the phone and it picks up every little sound in the room. As long as you don't try to talk to eachother at the same time, you'll be lucky. There is also a little cover over where you charge it in. It's held on by a little piece of rubber- looks like a clear rubber band. I'm thinking that cover will be off my daughters phone in about three weeks. I wish ATT would get on board with a more a better qwerty keyboard manufacturer. I really can't recommend this phone.

I just got this phone today and I must say for $79.99 its a great value its got a great screen, easy to use interface, loud clear speaker and clear call quality
Battery life is nice and has lots of features this phone isnt for your corporate cell users ie..blackberry freaks but is a very nice alternative for those who want a qwerty keyboard on a phone that doesnt require an expensive data plan
The phone is a big improvment from the pantech duo and feels solid and the slide works very smoothly, again great phone for the price

I looked at this phone and ATT almost talked me into it. It looked very rigid and I think that the design will be faulty after use or if dropped. The keyboard was not very user friendly I thought. The camera isn't that great either. It needs at least a 2MP camera. It's nice to look at but I don't think very user friendly, especially after awhile. I went ahead and got a Blackjack II and am very happy I went with it rather than the Pantech Matrix.

Nice dual design.. .very original for pantech... features are passable but the lack of wifi is a point less in a phone like this...
Poor camera...at least a 2mp or better is cool...
Qwerty keypad doesn´t seem to good but the keypad of the phone with numbers seems much better...
good phone to send sms.... :)

Very poor features, ugly design. I seriously hope this phone is for low-end market.
