reds, 11 Oct 2012im from philipines..just had this phone for a week now..its... morepare, are u a smart user? does ur gprs/ 3g / videocall are working properly? I cannot make a video call? how can i configure my phone? tehere are times also that I can only send / reply 3-05 msgs.. what shoul i do?

Im wondering.. i have enough balance but sometimes I cannot send msgs. Like for example Im texting with someone.. I can only send / reply for only 3-5 times adfter that im recieving a notification that my message was send failed. I called SMART but they told me that there is no problem with my sim card its running ok. pls help why sometimes i cannot send / reply msgs... plss

I bought Pantech Vega LTE EX IM-A820L 2 days before.... i like it but the problem is i got sick of its 80 chach limit of sms.... kindly tell someone, how i can resolve this issue,,, thank you....

any globe or smart user here?? did your 3g worked? how did you set it up? im trying to have a videocall using my smart sim and it did not work. on the upper portion of my phone there is a symbol that videocall is not allowed. and 3g data needs to be setup? huh... pls help.. any ENGLISH manual for this phone? pls let me know. thanx in advance.

hi everyone, I need help, currently using this phone.. I'm in the Philippines, everytime I send a txt message the limit is just 80 characters and if it goes over that it will be automatically become an MMS.. pls help.. thanks!

Guys, I just bought this phone - IM-A850L. However, it keeps on restarting after I inserted my SIM. I tried to changed to the new sim card but the problem persist.
