It's perfectly fine to use a phone with an older Android version, but launching one with an already outdated version makes no sense when you can buy other phones with up to date Android as well, at any price segment.
I'm typing this comment from my phone which is on Android 10. Is that ok to do in 2024?
Please, and who cares???
Past 5 updates since Android 9 or 10 no major differences nothing extraordinary apart a system which consumes less disk space, less ram and is more fluid and stable since all bugs been eliminated after years of use.
