Many people don't understand that the world has it's limits. Mobile phone is used more apparently for simple calling/reserving, sms,.... But when the phone had the downfall/problems, you blame the phone not for your own greedy fullfillness (capturing photo,video,surfing web). When the juice/battery falls down you blame the phone....

I have this phone since 2007.Currently it's used by grandmother.The battery is very good it goes four or even five weeks and it's talking time is around 1h30min/week.I think it's a great phone if you don't talk too much.When I exploited the phone the battery lasted for a week or so.

I really enjoy this phone. I have it over 2 years...and the battery keeps at about 11 days (medium/large usage)and i am impressed by that. The exterior got damaged badly, scratches and stuff, sms writing is truly painful because it's a slow phone and has bad keyboard. But, i forget when i last rechared it.. so.. who can beat that?

Mine has less than a year and the # key does not work anymore. The battery is still standing.

having used this phone for almost 6 month,i personally will recommend it for all simple and money concious people like me.I talk on it at least in a day for 3hrs and at most for 5hrs.I like the display quality,the battrey and it simple form.The only problem i'm having with it now is that i had it conneted to the internet via GPRS and was browsing for more polyphonic tones.The phone got frozen after having two polyphonic tones.I took the battery out and i lost all informations including that of the phone.what i have now as my ringtone is the default tone.I have downloaded more pictures but cannot download tones.Please help me. I need the software for this brand if there is any and where can i download it freely on the net.counting on your usual coperation.

Had the phone for 3 months now, not very happy with it!
On the up side, the phone looks good, better than on the web and doesn't look cheap at all! Backlighting is excellent but that's about it...
Battery life is nowhere near as long as they advertise! It only lasts about 5 days, with no more than 10-12 SMS-s and 30 min. of talk time!
Phone's interafce is very slow, writing an SMS is not a pleasant experience.
Horizontal stripes appeared all over the display, after about 1 month of use!
One last thing that I personally hate about this phone: its ringtones! I mean...
Ok, in a nutshell: I wouldn't recommend it!

It was a painfull experience with this mobile phone.They have lie about his quality.Battery
life did't succed to pass more than 5 days with
only one hour of talking.
Screen close after 10 sec even if is set to 30 sec to save power.Signal is not strong enough.And disaster have overcoming after 7 days of normal use.On display have appear abnormal lines.
The single good point is the design.
My advice:Never don't think to buy this
phone and neither other MOBILE model of this brand

Mine, it took 10 days at the first charge, with more than 1 hour and a half spent for talking and approx. 30 minutes for menu surfing. It's best known the fact that it needs three charging processes to achieve the usual battery performance. Judge yourselves.

phily, charge the phone and leave it and don't touch it until it is empty. be happy if you get 500 hours on stand by. i forgot to mention that it wasn't my first xenium or philips phone. after 9@9a i guess that they make a phone and if is not a winner, no problem, they make another one and so on ... and they forget about quality.

When I saw these comments I realized that some people still don't know what is stby. autonomy time. Well, folks if you say I tested this phone, 10 minutes talks, 20 minutes using menu, etc, that's not stby. autonomy anymore. Stby means that this phone can last 1000 hours (aproximately) if you leave it and don't touch it until it is empty. That is standby time. So, this phone when is fully charged can last betwen 10 and 15 days. Of course, It depends on how you much you use it for calls, sms, etc. I use phone when is necessary, without games, just a few sms messageses, and it lasts me from 12 to 17 days. This is really amazing phone and has got a very clear reception.
