    I have 9@9++ for 4 years..when I see this..hmm..B4 i buy it, i want to know from all of u Pmania,can this phone editing sms b4 forwarding the sms to others???..Tx

      Combining with BB 8820, both are perfect devices for business user. This fone (hopefully there will be a quadband version) for call and 8820 for e-mail.

          Hi All! i've got a problem with this phone! First - sound in my stereophones during using MP3 is not enough, it's LOW! Second - where can i take the GAMES and SOFT for this model?

              The phone is quite Ok. But the screen went dead the second day after purchase w/o any mechanical interference.
              I'll try to get my money back - that is not so easy here in Russia.

                  Just tested Bluetooth with it. It crashes when I want use a Motorola H700 Headset :(

                    this phone is pants its dated in looks and features phillips are well behind the rest of the mobile world and will stay there if they produce these awful phones.

                      Just to check with you how's the Organizer? Is it good? Just wondering is the alarm able to repeat/snooze especially for the Reminder/Task/Appointment or anything that we assigned on the Calender there? Thanks and appreciate yr feedback soon :)

                          Just got my 9@9r and can confirm that it is a great phone :P

                          I could set a MP3 ringtone and the external OLED will lit up when you press the up/down keys on its left side for 1sec.

                            i just got my xenium 9@9r today and it's an excellent phone. my previous phone was the philips 960 and was way worse than this.

                            - the screen is bright and good but has a bad viewing angle.
                            - the sound is good and loud.
                            - the processor speed of the phone is good, no more problems with typing messages.
                            - it has fast bluetooth without a transfer limit.
                            - camera is good and fast, makes clear pictures and videos.
                            - the external screen can't stay on for longer than 30 seconds.
                            - battery life is very good, i charged it for 15mins and it's on now for over 10 hours and still has 2 bars.
                            - it's a very small handset but a bit wide and long.
                            - the headset differs from the one you can see on some photos. the actual headset has in-ear plugs and a microphone. but as someone else already sad, weird cabling.

                              Just got this hot remarkable piece of hardware. works great.

                              Just have 2 questions to fellow owners;

                              Is there a way to set the external OLED to run always? Im thinking they switch it off to prolong the batt. life.

                              The stereo earphones that come with it though good quality has quite weird cabling, am wondering how to wear it.

                                      This phone is great. The only minus is the phone is not a quadband. And woman calender is just a waste feature since it is a business phone.

                                      Business phone = Quadband phone.
