Plot twist - Samsung Galaxy S24 FE won't be as expensive as previously reported

A couple of days ago a report claimed the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S24 FE would be €100 more expensive than its predecessor in Europe. Today we have a new rumor from another source, saying that while there will be a price hike compared to the S23 FE, it won't be as huge.

So, instead of €799 for the 8/128GB version, we're now down to €749. That's still €50 more than what the 8/128GB S23 FE launched at, but perhaps a smaller price increase is more palatable?

The 8/256GB iteration of the S24 FE now also has a rumored price, and it's €809. The phone's four colorways are also named in this leak: Graphite, Mint, yellow, and blue - you can see them all next to each other in the leaked image above.

We're going to reiterate what we said last time - the Galaxy S24+ is around €800 these days with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, while the Galaxy S24 is going for about €600. Given these prices, if the rumored ones for the S24 FE pan out, we're left wondering who will choose to buy the FE over the S24 or S24+ and why.

On the other hand, just as prices have gone down for the S24 and S24+ over the past few months, they will surely go down for the FE as well, so it might actually become a good deal in February-March.
