if issue still persist, then it's factory defect... good luck to you then.

I bought this phone two days ago and I think it works great, I really like the model and it is easy to configure, but the bluetooth of the computer was turned on without me activating it and now when I try to turn it off, the computer restarts and it is still on! If they could help me and it is a configuration problem I would be grateful, if not to notify you for the guarantee! first of all, Thanks!

Bought the Plum Compass to use with h2o Wireless. Works great with good battery life. Happy with my Plum phone.
