I bought a Plum Galactica P300 on Dec 26, 2012 from IT&E at Micronesia Mall in Dededo, Guam, USA. I have the printed receipt.
That Plum Galactica P300 stopped working on Feb 16, 2013. It wouldn't turn on. The IT&E techs tested the phone and the battery and told me the problem was with the Plum Galactica P300, not the battery.
IT&E at Micronesia Mall in Dededo, Guam, USA refused to replace the phone or refund the money I spent 45 days earlier because they have a 30 day *pos policy*.
I went to Plum's website ( http://plum-mobile.com )and filled out their form regarding replacement/refund of faulty products, but 4 days later (2.22.13), I have received no response from Plum.
How would you feel if you were in my place? Could you have anything good to say about Plum? Would you ever buy another cheap Chinese Plum? Would you ever deal with IT&E at Micronesia Mall in Dededo, Guam, USA again?
In closing, BEWARE of dealing with IT&E at Micronesia Mall in Dededo, Guam, USA. Also BEWARE of wasting your $ on ANY Plum products!!!
