I own a Plum RAM Plus 4g LTE, Model E910. Tech support from both Q Link and Plum offer conflicting suggestions by email and/or phone support.
Problem? This phone will not accept calls while the phone is configured for 4G, but it will make calls. I must reconfigure for 3G to eliminate this problem. The problem lies within the APN settings.
When seeking technical support help from both Q Link and Plum, I am given APN settings for a smartphone. I need data specifically for the Plum phone.
The need the appropriate data for the following APN fields:
Name
Username
Password
Access point
Auth type
IP type
Gateway
Port
Set Homepage
Advanced settings (DNS address and Network type)
Anyone experience the same issue with a resolution?

Just purchased Plum RAM Plus 4G Volte Unlocked thru Amazon. Had to repl old 3G phone. As a Prepaid user on T-Mobile I could not purchase a repl phone without upgrade to my service. This phone works well for my simple needs-voice & text.
I do have a lot of photos on the 32gb Micro SD from my old phone.
My only complaint is I can't use the MULTIMEDIA Menu selection to access all my photo sub-directories. I can ,however, see all my photo sub-directories using the "MY FILES" menu option.
I have placed an email quest to PLum support.
