Poco C61's specs, price, and renders surface
The Poco C51 launched last April will soon get a successor dubbed Poco C61, which has appeared in leaked renders revealing the phone's design.
The Poco C61 has a notched display on the front and a circular camera island on the rear, housing two cameras and an LED flash. On its left-side frame is the triple card slot (2 SIM + 1 microSD), while the power button and volume rocker are on the right. The USB-C port is located at the bottom with a microphone, and up top is the 3.5mm headphone jack.
The source claims that the Poco C61 is powered by the Helio G36 SoC and has two memory configurations - 4GB/64GB and 6GB/128GB. The smartphone features a 6.71" 90Hz HD+ LCD with Gorilla Glass 3 protection and 500 nits brightness.
The Poco C61 will have three cameras - a 5MP selfie camera on the front and an 8MP primary camera on the rear, joined by a 0.08MP auxiliary unit. Fueling the entire package will be a 5,000 mAh battery with 10W charging support. The smartphone will also feature a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication. If all this sounds familiar, it's because the Poco C61 is a rebranded Redmi A3 launched in India in February.
The source didn't reveal the Poco C61's launch date but claimed its 4GB/64GB version will be priced at INR7,499 ($90/€82) in India while the 6GB/128GB model will cost INR8,499 ($100/€95).
There's no word from Poco about the Poco C61 yet, but since the Poco C51 was launched last year in April, you can expect the Poco C61 to go official soon.

not exactly. it's like using 2018 low end smartphone shoved with android 14. there may be other phones that are better than this.

itel P55 5g and lava O2 beats this in any aspect. gsmarena already knows this isn't a new smartphone. this is just as good if used as burner phone and looking up sketchy stuff on the internet.
