Pokemon Go crosses 50 million downloads on Android
Less than a couple of weeks after hitting the 10 million milestone, mobile-gaming sensation Pokemon Go has crossed the 50 million downloads mark on Android.
While the game's download stats on iOS aren't currently known, Analysts say the game could generate around $3 billion in revenue for Apple in the next couple of years. With over 21 million daily active users, it has already become the biggest mobile game in the history of the US.
The app's European roll out is currently in full swing, with France becoming the latest major European market where the game is now available for download.
