reloading back my posh mobile after erasing internal storage and used for a minute with power plug in,sudenly my phone sudown by itself.what cause it?

I am not sure what went wrong but my posh is not shutting down, it just keeps playing the start up memo all the time. Anyone else had this problem? Are they any suggestions as to what to do?

Does anyone else have issues with their charge port? I've had to have mine replaced at least twice since I got this phone.

Why Can't i find any batteries for this model of posh Smartphone? Where can i find any?
