Purchased Galaxy Note7 from unauthorized retailer in Canada? Samsung will exchange it for Galaxy S7/S7 edge

Himanshu, 09 November 2016

For Samsung Galaxy Note7 owners in Canada who purchased their unit from an unauthorized Canadian carrier or retailer, here's some good news: you can get your device exchanged for either a Galaxy S7 or S7 edge directly from Samsung.

Even those who do not have a bill of sale may also qualify for the South Korean company's exchange program. Those eligible for an exchange will be sent a pre-address box to return their Note7 unit. Samsung says it will take 2-4 weeks for the exchange process to complete.
