All you people asking for the install CD, you don't need it! Just grab the latest ActiveSync from the Microsoft website. I'll even provide a link for those of you who can't search: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/downloads/activesync41.mspx

i Have Qtek1010.
Some how ,in the display ther is a small deep Blue color Clotted to the device Corner
permanently,it is appearing also in switch off mode ....................
what is the solusion?

I have q tek 1020 . The phone hangs from time to time & I have to remove the sim card & reinsert.Upon doing this the problem is solved .Need help to solve this problem

Hello, Ladies and Gentleman,
I have qtek 1020, i am facing lot of problems in the set, the main problem is while taking to somebody the line will be hanging frequently. If any one knows the solution, please let me know immediately. I met the company several times, but they themseleves do not know why the problems is coming.

I bought a qtek 1010 a year ago, now it has stopped functioning. When I put it on a charger it opens the OzUp page and get stuck there. When I connect it to my computer the computer USB does not recognise it. Can I get an installation CD?

I want to know if a backup battery to the Qtek 1010 PDA/phone is available for sale and how does one get it?
This is urgent because am at the verge of purchasing one and reading through the customer opinions concerning this PDA i discovered the major complaints was about the PDA's short battery life.
