Anthony, 02 Apr 2010how do you change lanuage from italian to englishfor change languge you have not alternative unless change whole windows mobile 2003se with new type by help some expert.but some helper software can be find on internet it selles about 30$ but its own risk.:)

On the QTek specificatio... moreyes you can have voice calling i have a qtek 2020i and i installed a small program called voice 2 go then if you have a blue tooth head set it tells you who is calling you have to set it up at first just click the contact then say name easy and when thay ring back it says the name the only thing i cant get it to do is voice dial through the blue tooth head set but its great if your phone is in your pocket and you have the head set in your ear hope this helps
